Registration fees

Registration fee includes: participation on the scientific programme, visiting the exhibition, program booklet, badge, lunch and coffee breaks on one ,two or three days.

Hotel room reservation, registration for the Optional programmes are available on the "Accommodation" and "Optional Programmes" menu.

Payments

Registration fees should be paid either by credit card through the secured on-line registration system on this website, by bank transfer or on-site (NOT reduced registration fee only).

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations should be submitted to the Tensi Congress (H-1023 Budapest, Komjádi Béla u 1., e-mail: info@isas2010.hu fax. (361)345 1 544

In case of accommodation fees, for the cancellations must be received by 31st March 2010. After this date we can not accept any cancellations and no refund will be given.

In case of registration fees, for the cancellations must be received by 27th March 2010. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

In case of optional programmes fees, for the cancellations must be received by 31st March 2010. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

The participant states by filling and returning the registration form or by registering online that he/she accepts the conditions above.
